The check-in was smooth, and I was greeted warmly by the staff, especially Daniel, who helped us upgrade our room. The unexpected breakfast spread was like nothing I'd seen before, with so many options that left my jaw on the floor.

The experience was mixed overall. While the pool and beach area were highlights, the lack of efficient service from the pool staff was a letdown. It was frustrating to have to seek out waitstaff multiple times to order drinks. Also, I was surprised to find that the air conditioning didn't work properly, which made for an uncomfortable stay at times. The location is ideal for accessing the nearby beach, but for the price, I expected so much more in terms of service and room quality.

Staying here felt like being a VIP, with easy access to the lively Ushuaia club and just a short walk to the beautiful Gran Piruleto Park, which was perfect for a relaxing stroll during my stay.

Had an awesome time here! The room was super clean and we loved lounging by the amazing outdoor swimming pool during the day and enjoying the live entertainment at night. Just a heads-up, the prices for room service were a bit steep, but it didn’t ruin our fun. 😄
